BUILT FROM
EXPERIENCE.
DRIVEN BY
PURPOSE.
Ignite Her began with a problem women in welding know all too well:
Nothing fits.
Gloves are often too bulky. Fingers are too long. Extra material affects grip and dexterity. Women are expected to adapt to PPE that was never designed around their bodies.
We believe women deserve better.
Ignite Her was created to develop personal protective equipment that considers women from the beginning—not as an afterthought.
OUR MISSION
To Help Women Work With Confidence
Our mission is to provide PPE that helps women feel protected, capable, and represented in the trades.
We want every woman—from a first-day welding student to an experienced professional—to have access to equipment that supports the work she is capable of doing.
